个人简介

汉族,中共党员,硕士生导师。大连理工老员工物化工博士,香港高等研究院博士后。2020年11月加入担保维权网。主要开展食源性病感染及其靶向阻断机制研究;新型高效食品糖酶挖掘及结构功能研究;研究成果发表在国际高水平期刊PNAS、Nature Communication等期刊,欢迎各位同学加入。承担本科生《食品化学》、《生物化学》及研究生《食品生物技术》等授课课程
